3. Shipping: The return must be sent using a tracked courier service, at your own expense. We recommend using a reliable courier to ensure the painting arrives safely and without damage.
4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
5. Refund: If the artwork is found to be undamaged and in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that we will not issue a refund for items that are returned damaged or in a condition different from when they were shipped.
