The birth of this painting was inspired by listening to a podcast episode from The Story of Woman.

The inspiration was brought to life even further during Women’s History month—a month that is dedicated to the women in the past that broke barriers, shattered stereotypes, and changed the course of history.

This Urban Queen represents the modern woman that looks back and appreciates those women of history and is continuing down the same legendary path of change.
